So, what makes Mesoglow so fantastic?
It’s all about boosting skin hydration: The Mesoglow product used at the Vista Family Health Center Aesthetics is a sterile, viscoelastic, clear, isotonic and biodegradable gel. Based on the SMART technique, the gel is not cross-linked but stabilized by glycerol, a natural moisturizer, which retains water and preserves hydration.
The Mesoglow is a high concentration of Hyaluronic Acid and a very high molecular weight (3.0 mio Daltons) for long-lasting rejuvenation effects. The combination of HA and glycerol durably increases the hydration of the skin.
Hyaluronic Acid is naturally found in the body, this compound of is both extremely hydrating and plumping when applied to skin.
Unlike collagen, Hyaluronic Acid is able to penetrate the skin’s upper superficial dermis, it forms an air permeable layer and penetrates into the dermis. This protective barrier on the skin locks in moisture, which gives the skin a youthful appearance, the extreme hydration improves the tone and elasticity of the skin, gives a glow to the complexion and holds off the signs of skin aging.
For better results, it is recommended to be combined with Skin-needling treatments for deeper product penetration, a microdermabrasion is advised 3 weeks later to refresh the effects of the Mesoglow treatment!
